Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

ContentIQ is a product of SparkableAI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else processes it.

What we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and company name when you create an account.
Brand profile information. Everything you enter when you build a brand profile: brand name, website, industry, positioning, what you are known for, voice preferences, keywords, your point of view, and your ideal customer profiles including job titles, pain points, and goals.
Content you generate. The topics you enter, the research briefs the system produces, and the articles it writes.
Usage information. Standard server logs, and a record of each AI generation including which model ran, token counts, and cost. We use this to operate and improve the service.
Payment information. Handled by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To generate articles for you, to run and improve the service, to provide support, and to bill you. That is the whole list. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Who else processes it

To deliver the product, your information passes through these providers:

  • Supabase: database and authentication
  • Vercel: hosting and infrastructure
  • Anthropic: generating your research brief, article draft, and polish
  • OpenAI: validating retrieved facts against their sources
  • Tavily: retrieving public web sources for research
  • Stripe: payment processing

Generating an article means sending your brand profile and topic to Anthropic and OpenAI through their APIs. Both state that data submitted through their APIs is not used to train their models by default. Their current policies are the authoritative source and we encourage you to read them.

Cookies

We use cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.

Retention

We keep your account and content until you delete them or ask us to. Delete your account and we remove your brand profiles and articles. Some records may persist briefly in backups.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction of it, a copy of it, or its deletion. Email info@contentiq.net and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Those rights apply whether or not they are listed here.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Children

ContentIQ is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will update this page when this policy changes and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
